Terms of Service

The Beta is a limited, pre-release evaluation for exactly five selected businesses. Unless BadraB and the participant agree otherwise in writing, the intended evaluation period is up to one month.

The Beta focuses on the Website Audit and core report journey. It may include a limited review of the participant experience and feedback. Full Fix implementation, ongoing monitoring, paid services, payment collection, subscriptions, advertising, messaging campaigns, and access to private business systems are not included by default and require a separate agreement.

The participant must be the business owner or have authority to submit the business, website, and contact details. The participant must provide accurate information and may submit only sources they are permitted to share.

BadraB may inspect public website and business-profile signals relevant to the audit. It will not require the participant to provide passwords or bypass access controls. Sources that prohibit access, require credentials, or cannot be verified may be skipped.

Audit findings are diagnostic guidance based on the sources available at the time. They do not guarantee revenue, enquiries, search rankings, performance improvements, regulatory compliance, or any other business outcome.

Websites and external services can change or block access. Unsupported, inaccessible, incomplete, or unverifiable sources may produce incomplete coverage or an honest needs_source result instead of a score. The participant remains responsible for business decisions and for reviewing any recommendation before acting on it.

Participants must not use the Beta to audit a business without authority, submit unlawful or harmful material, probe private systems, evade security controls, impersonate another person, overload the service, or attempt to discover another participant's report.

Participants should keep their report reference private, promptly tell BadraB about a material error or suspected misuse, and provide concise feedback reasonably requested for the Beta evaluation.

Beta participation consent covers the evaluation service only. Necessary service and operational communications are separate from optional marketing consent. Public proof or testimonial permission is also separate and must be explicitly agreed. None is bundled with the others.

Beta participation alone creates no payment, order, or subscription. Either BadraB or the participant may end participation by notifying the other. BadraB may also pause or end access for safety, abuse, unlawful use, or a material breach. On exit, BadraB will handle retained information as described in the Privacy Notice.
