Beta privacy
Privacy Notice
A concise explanation of the information BadraB uses to provide the limited Beta audit, protect participants, and improve the service.
Effective 30 August 2026 · Limited 5-business Beta
What we collect
For the limited BadraB Beta, we may collect the business name and location, public website or business-profile links, public page content and technical signals, audit references, processing status, scores, findings, follow-up choice, and an optional contact email when a participant asks for help after an audit.
We also keep limited operational and security records needed to run the audit safely, prevent abuse, recover failed work, and protect reports. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, private customer records, or confidential website access credentials.
Why we use it
We use this information to accept and process the Beta audit, create and reopen the report, communicate about that service request, handle support or exceptions, protect the service, and learn how to improve BadraB for future businesses.
Where we use Beta learnings to improve the product, we prefer aggregated or anonymised information that does not identify the participant.
Four permissions that remain separate
Joining the Beta permits BadraB to provide and operate the agreed Beta service. It is not automatic consent to receive marketing.
BadraB may send necessary operational messages about the audit, report, a requested follow-up, security, or the Beta itself. Optional marketing messages require a separate opt-in.
A testimonial, case study, logo, business name, before-and-after result, or other public proof requires separate explicit permission from the participant and, where appropriate, the business owner. Asking for Full Fix or monitoring guidance also records an enquiry only; it does not create a payment or subscription.
Sharing and public reports
We use the hosting, database, and worker providers needed to operate BadraB. They receive only the information required for that purpose. BadraB does not sell participant personal data to advertisers.
Audit reports use a high-entropy reference and are protected against bulk lookup. Public report responses do not include private contact email addresses. Participants should still treat their report link as private and share it only with people they trust.
Retention, correction, and deletion
We keep Beta records for the Beta period and a reasonable period afterwards for service history, security, audit integrity, support, and product learning. We remove or anonymise information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legitimate record-keeping, security, backup, or legal requirements.
A participant may ask the BadraB representative who enrolled them, or reply to a BadraB Beta service communication, to access or correct their contact details or request deletion where applicable. We will verify the request and explain any record we must retain.
